EXCEPTIONAL! The food spread was amazing to say the least. We were given welcome drinks and fruits when we arrived at the hotel. The checkin/checkout process was smooth as butter. I would like to specially thank Mr.Pydi Babu, Ms. Prachi and Mr. Srinivas from GAD (Gateway All Day) dining lounge for making us feel really comfortable. Mr. Gurnath Reddy, the inhouse magician was entertaining and we liked it a lot. Ms. Alex from front desk was very helpful too. All in all, gateway hotel has the best facilities and crew to go along with it. Highly recommend it for leisure/pleasure.

They were very considerate of the fact that we were travelling with 3 kids and made extra efforts to ensure comfort for the kids and us. The room met all my expectations. Bed was comfortable, room and bathroom clean. The furnishings were beautiful and up to date in decor. A very fine room. The location by rk beach was very handy. It enabled us to take sunrise and sunset beach strolls. There is also a pretty amazing view of the beach from the courtyard. The swimming pool was beautiful. Wish there was service or drinks by the pool.

I really liked the huge lawn in front of the restaurant from where u can watch the sea. Novotel may be a bigger hotel but I found the environment in Gateway better.
