The Gateway Hotel Beach Road Visakhapatnam

The hospitality we received from staff at the Gateway hotel is unmatched. Mr Roy and his team at the restaurant and Mr Abbas and his team at the front office made our stay extremely comfortable. They were very considerate of the fact that we were travelling with 3 kids and made extra efforts to ensure comfort for the kids and us. The food was delicious and the buffet had a variety of dishes to cater to needs of both adults and children. Location of the hotel is excellent. Thanks team GATEWAY!

The hotel also has a stunning pool overlooking the sea, making it a perfect spot to unwind. It's look close to a infinity pool. The staff at the Taj Vizag were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their warm smiles and impeccable service made me feel like royalty. Breakfast was excelent, bar tenders were excelent and very friendly , receptionist Srijan , wow what a person he is very smiling person and customer friendly and very transparent guy I give him stars ***** Thank you and will defenatly recommend my friends and will visit again.

Breakfast was good. A staff by name Mary, was very efficient and helped as and when needed since I was traveling with my toddler. She was friendly and accommodative.

EXCEPTIONAL! The food spread was amazing to say the least. We were given welcome drinks and fruits when we arrived at the hotel. The checkin/checkout process was smooth as butter. I would like to specially thank Mr.Pydi Babu, Ms. Prachi and Mr. Srinivas from GAD (Gateway All Day) dining lounge for making us feel really comfortable. Mr. Gurnath Reddy, the inhouse magician was entertaining and we liked it a lot. Ms. Alex from front desk was very helpful too. All in all, gateway hotel has the best facilities and crew to go along with it. Highly recommend it for leisure/pleasure.
